Terms of use

The rules of the service: what PontoAgendado does, what it costs, how to cancel, and what each side is responsible for.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who provides the service

PontoAgendado is an online management and booking service for salons, barbershops, aesthetic clinics and similar businesses, operated by Thiago Lavandoski, in Portugal.

For anything related to these terms, including complaints, write to pontoagendado@gmail.com. We answer every message in writing.

2. What is included

Your subscription gives you the calendar, staff and client management, services and products, commissions and cash control, reports, and your public online booking page.

  • Plans by number of professionals, with no paid add-ons and no commission per booking.
  • No limit on appointments, staff or clients.
  • Access from the browser and from the mobile apps.

3. Your account

To create an account you must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register.

The details you give at sign-up must be true and kept up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens in the account and for keeping your password safe.

If you give access to members of your team, you remain responsible for what they do in the account.

4. Free period and payment

Every account starts with 7 free days, counted from the moment it is created. No card is required to try the service.

After that period, access is blocked until you subscribe. The price depends on the plan you choose, which varies with the number of active professionals: Solo 19.90 euros, Duo 29.90 euros, Equipe 49.90 euros and Studio 69.90 euros per month, VAT included where applicable. It is charged monthly until you cancel. You can change plan inside the system, and the difference for the current month is settled on the next invoice. Subscriptions taken out before these plans were introduced keep the price agreed at the time for as long as they remain active.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number: that information stays with Stripe.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you want, from the dashboard, with no minimum term and no penalty.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and there is no further charge.

Months already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where the law requires it.

6. Acceptable use

The service is meant for running your business. By using it, you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others or the service itself.

  • Do not upload people's data without a lawful basis for processing it.
  • Do not send unsolicited communications from the service.
  • Do not try to reach other businesses' data or to bypass security measures.
  • Do not resell the service or give access to third parties outside your business.

7. Your clients' data

The client data you record in PontoAgendado remains yours. We only store and process it on your behalf, following your instructions.

The terms of that relationship are in the data processing document, which forms part of these terms.

While the account is active you can export your information at any time.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there may be maintenance windows, supplier failures or incidents outside our control.

We give advance notice of planned downtime whenever possible.

Support is provided by email, in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage resulting from our own breach of these terms, within the limits allowed by law.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost custom or indirect damage, nor for losses caused by incorrect information entered by you or your team.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes

We may change these terms to keep up with changes in the service or in the law. We give at least 30 days' notice by email when a change is material.

If you disagree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of disagreement we always look for a written solution first. Failing that, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform and the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
